Baileigh Industrial is proud to introduce their new TN-300 tube and pipe notcher. The TN-300 tubing notcher is great for anyone looking to notch from ¾ inch to 3 inch outside diameter tube or pipe. This notcher is an industrial grade hole saw type tube and pipe notcher that will allow for precise notches between 0 and 60 degrees, including offset notches. The rugged notching vise uses a V-Jaw design that allows the part to stay on center with the cutter, as well as providing a better hold for round profiles. The TN-300 tube notcher’s vise has a quick release taper lock system that allows it to be adjusted to a new angle in seconds.
The bench mounted TN-300 tube notcher has a 1/2 HP 110V motor attached to an industrial grade oil filled gearbox, which will make quick work of any notch. The TN-300 pipe notcher will accept any standard hole saw, which will allow you to save money by sourcing locally. The heavy duty cutting head is fed into the material with a large feed wheel. What makes this notching machine unique is that the head of the machine moves on a track of precision V-Bearings, which combined with the large hand wheel makes notching any material a breeze.
