SHIPPING / FREIGHT

Moore Tool Free Freight Policy:
All items with the FREE SHIPPING icon qualify for free freight. Orders that total $5,000.00 or more also qualify for free freight. Free freight is valid when shipping to a business or freight terminal within the lower 48 states. Residential home business are not considered a commercial address.

All regular (150 lbs. or less) orders are shipped UPS. The shipment options available are: Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. Orders that qualify for free freight ship UPS ground.

All oversized (150 lbs. or more) orders must be shipped via truck. We ship through a variety of freight carriers to give you the lowest price. If your item does not qualify for free freight, please use the freight calculator to determine your shipping charges.

Residential Delivery & Liftgate:
If the shipment is not being delivered to a business or freight terminal, a residential delivery fee will apply (see below). In addition, you are responsible for off-loading the shipment. If you require the freight carrier to lower your shipment to the ground, a liftgate fee will apply (see below). Moore Tool can request that the delivering freight carrier call prior to delivery to make additional arrangements and schedule delivery. Please let us know if you require any of these additional services.

    Additional fees:
  • Residential Delivery: $60.00
  • Liftgate: $60.00


Multiple Items/Package Splitting:
If one order cannot be shipped in one package, the items will be split between two or more packages. You will not be charged for any additional packages that are shipped.

TRACKING NUMBERS
For your convenience, tracking numbers will be e-mailed to you as soon as we process your order.

IMPORTANT: INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT!

Please read before ordering freight products.

From time to time freight damage does occur. It is very important that you inspect your shipment for any possible damage. Please use the checklist below to properly document any problems with your order. This will ensure the issue gets resolved quickly and efficiently.

  • When you sign for your shipment, note any problems with the package (rips, holes, tears, broken panels)
  • When you open your shipment, look for hidden damage. Contact the freight carrier within 15 days to report hidden damage.
  • Keep the original packaging material that your item was shipped in for the inspectors.
  • If there is extreme damage, refuse the shipment and call Moore Tool to report the problem.
  • Call us directly if you are not happy with your order. Do not cancel your credit card charge.
